Murder Mystery Night - Dibleys La Cala raises 315€ for LIVE

On Friday 9th April, Nick Alexander hosted an evening of fun, suspicion and plenty of laughs at Dibleys Bar and Restaurant in La Cala de Mijas. A 3 course meal was served to the 39 pre-booked guests and each guest was given a character. as the starters were served each guest was advised to "get into character."

D.I Richard Head (known as Dick to his friends) was investigating the murder of the very wealthy Sir Howton, the lord of the manor of Dibley....or Dribley as it was affectionately known by the end of the evening!

The suspects and motives were coming to the forefront all evening, with his own lawyer, Admiral Robert da Fleet being one of the key suspects!!
Sir Howton, it became apparent was a bit of a ladies man having encountered most of the women of the village, not to mention Claire Gobbleswade - Street (who loved the inverted pretzel), Jill Wellbuilt (who had a fetish for Black Jelly babies), Lin da Hop (who was his wednesday girl) and of course the gorgeous Miese Howton.
The murder was eventually solved.............and if you want to know who did it....well you will just have to attend our next event wont you!!

The committee of El Faro Live would like to thank Gary, Claire, Steve, Jane, Theo and Vicki at Dibleys for allowing us to host the event and of course all the guests who attended. The evening was deemed a great success and raised a massive 315€ for LIVE and Cuidad de los Niños.

The donations from L.I.V.E go along way to help feed, clothe and educate these residential children as well as supporting the local children in the shanty towns on the outskirts of the city.
